Where this agreement is provided in both English and Bangla, the Bangla version shall prevail in the event of any conflict between the two. Any disputes or claims involving okay z will be resolved through the judicial system of Bangladesh.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account with okay z. Accounts opened with false information may be suspended at any time, and all winnings associated with such accounts will be forfeited.
Each individual may only Single Account Multiple accounts under the same name, on the same device, or from the same IP address are strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be terminated.
Full name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, email address, and a Bangladesh address. A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for identity verification.
Once registration is complete, an OTP will be sent to your mobile number. Your account will not be activated until OTP verification is done. Under okay z's terms and conditions, the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone.

Please read and understand the following terms and conditions before placing any bets on okay z. The terms applicable to each bet are displayed on screen at the time of placement — once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

If a match is cancelled or postponed, all bets on that event will be voided and the staked amount will be returned to your account. However, if at least 90% of the scheduled match time has been completed, the result will be considered valid.
Any attempt at match fixing or winning through unethical means will result in permanent account closure and a report to the relevant authorities. This is strictly prohibited under okay z's terms and conditions.
Okay z reserves the right to set maximum payout limits on any bet. If incorrect odds are offered due to a system error, okay z reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount.

Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before you can submit a withdrawal request. Withdrawals will not be processed from unverified accounts.
Under okay z's terms and conditions, withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Funds will only be sent to the registered user's own mobile banking number.
